How to Stop Auditioning for Abundance

 

 

Lower Your Frequency. The Rent Is Still Due.

 

You scripted your desires. Morning affirmations. Candle rituals. Password-protected spreadsheets labeled “Abundance Tracking.” You visualized checks arriving in the mail. You thanked the universe in advance. The universe has yet to acknowledge receipt.

 

The bills arrived without visualization. Apparently, they have their own arrangements. Then came the explanation: doubt. Somewhere between the candle and the overdue notice, you had entertained a thought incompatible with prosperity. The method remained beyond reproach. Your attitude required further work.

 

Accept That the Universe Has No Customer-Service Desk..

 

You may address the cosmos as often as you like. Keep copies of the correspondence if it pleases you. The difficulty begins when silence is interpreted as a request for additional faith—or another course.

 

Your vision board is not unread mail. There is no celestial clerk holding the promotion until you demonstrate sufficient gratitude. A picture of a seaside house can remind you what you want. It cannot negotiate the mortgage. An unfortunate limitation, given the price of the frame.

 

You Are Not a Vibration.

 

A bad day needn’t become an inquiry into your spiritual conduct. Perhaps you slept badly. Perhaps the job pays too little. Perhaps someone behaved abominably and your response lacked the radiance expected of a premium subscriber.

 

The abundance doctrine has an explanation ready: you attracted it. A remarkable service. It can take an injury someone else inflicted and return it to you as homework. Now you must improve your frequency before objecting to the original offense. The offender, meanwhile, has been spared a workbook.

 

Desire Without the Ceremony.

 

Want the better job? Apply for it. Ask for the raise. Keep the picture of the house if you like the house. The candle may stay. It has done nothing wrong. Hope becomes exhausting when every doubtful thought must be inspected for its effect on delivery. 

 

You can want something badly and still suspect it might not happen. Neither the application nor the mortgage lender requires uninterrupted optimism. And some obstacles remain obstacles however beautifully you phrase your intentions. Fortunately, failure to manifest is covered in the advanced course.
